Investors wereinvited to subscribe for securities in Kinesis Holdings I Limited to enable itssubsidiary, Kinesis Reinsurance I Limited ("Kinesis Re"), to underwrite fullycollateralised reinsurance business incepting on or around 1 July 2014.
