Key Performance Indicators for printed.com, goodprint and smileprint
Tangent is pleased to announce KPIs for its retail websites; printed.com, goodprint and smileprint for the third quarter to 30 November 2013. Sales during the quarter reached a seasonal high of £2.64m, fuelled by revenue from repeat customers at printed.com who continue to buy with greater regularity across a wider range of products. The quarter also saw highs in the number of customers acquired and serviced as expected in this seasonally busy period.
We monitor the progress of our retail websites by reference to the following KPIs:

Our customers are now more loyal, more frequent and purchase more products. As a result year to date revenues from our retail websites have increased by 18.0 % to £7.11m (2012: £6.05m).
