KEY MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENTS

Plant Impact plc is pleased to announce two new management appointments in Brazil and the United Kingdom. Marconi Dias has joined the Company as Brazil Marketing Director, based in São Paulo. Simon Lees has joined as Director of Operations based in Harpenden, UK.

Marconi Dias joins the company from Syngenta Proteção de Cultivos Ltda, the Brazilian and Latin American division of Syngenta AG, where he most recently served as the Corn Marketing Manager for Latin America. In that role, he had primary responsibility for expanding Syngenta's corn seed trait platform throughout the region. He brings over 20 years of commercial experience in the Brazilian agrochemical and seed business, having held a variety of marketing and sales roles at ICI/Zeneca, Novartis and Syngenta. Marconi is a trained agronomist, with an undergraduate degree from Universidade Federal de Goias and postgraduate degrees in Marketing from FAAP and INSEAD. At Plant Impact, he will be responsible for all commercial activity in Brazil, with particular focus on managing the company's strategic relationships and ensuring the successful launch and scale-up of Veritas, Plant Impact's newly launched product for soybean yield enhancement.

Simon Lees brings over 20 years of supply chain, formulation and manufacturing line management experience within the agrochemical sector, principally with Syngenta, Arysta LifeScience and ICI. Most recently, he worked at Durlestone Ltd., an integrated Supply Chain advisory firm, where he has worked with Plant Impact since 2011. Prior to that, he was Global Distribution Manager at Syngenta AG in Basel Switzerland. Simon is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and has a degree in Engineering Science from Oxford University. At Plant Impact, he will look after the company's supply chain, contract manufacturing and other operational functions.

"I am delighted to announce the addition of these experienced and talented professionals to our company," commented John Brubaker, Plant Impact CEO. "Both Marconi and Simon bring deep experience in the practice of launching and growing new products. This is fundamental to our expansion strategy in the Brazilian and European markets, where we have recently made significant additions to our product portfolio. As we continue to expand the scope of our product and geographic activity, we are confident that their contribution will only accelerate our success."

For the avoidance of doubt, these appointments are not appointments to the main board of Plant Impact.
