KEVIN RUFFLES TO RETIRE AS A DIRECTOR OF HOGG ROBINSON

Hogg Robinson Group plc announces that, with immediate effect, Mr Kevin Ruffles has stepped down from his role as COO, and has relinquished his position as a Director of the Company. Mr Ruffles will be undertaking a variety of special project roles until his official retirement on 31 May 2018.

There are no matters which the Company is required to notify under Section 226D of the Companies Act 2006.
