KCOM Group PLC Board update

Bill Halbert to continue as Executive Chairman

KCOM Group PLC (KCOM.L) today announces that, following consultation with its largest shareholders, Bill Halbert will remain as Executive Chairman. This extension delivers continuity in leadership through the next phase of the strategic development of KCOM Group PLC.

Mr Halbert, along with the other KCOM Group Board Directors, will stand for re-election at the AGM in July.
