Joint Venture Agreement Signed with Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing

Countryside Partnerships PLC ("Countryside" or "the Company") today announces that it has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing ("MTVH") to deliver the significant regeneration of the Clapham Park Estate in Lambeth, following the Company's selection as the preferred partner to deliver the scheme in 2021.

With a gross development value of more than £1bn, the project will remodel the area, which spans in excess of 40 acres, with c. 2,500 new homes as well as major investment in placemaking and social value.

Commenting on today's announcement, Mike Woolliscroft, Co-Interim CEO, said:
