CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") announces the following in relation to its June 2020 Tender:

The Tender Price equals the NAV per Share as at 30 June 2020 minus £0.01/€0.01 (being 1% of the Placing Price), as applicable.
It is anticipated that a further announcement regarding the unconditional purchase of the Shares tendered will be made on or around 12 August 2020, and that payment for the June 2020 tender will be made on 14 August 2020.
Terms defined in the Company's prospectus dated 29 March 2019 have the same meaning in this announcement unless otherwise defined.

1In respect of the Realisation Condition, the Company will submit redemption requests to the Investment Vehicle in respect of 6,270,610 Euro Company Investment Vehicle Interests (based on a net asset value of €0.896600) and 25,662,849 Sterling Company Investment Vehicle Interests (based on a net asset value of £0.939777) which has been accepted and in respect of which funds are expected to be received on or before the anticipated payment date set out above.
