Further to the announcement made on 21 July 2017, CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") announces that the Realisation Condition for the June 2017 Tender has been satisfied and that the following tendered shares have been unconditionally accepted for purchase.

The shares will be transferred into Company's name and held as treasury shares with effect from 14 August 2017.
