JSC Russian Grids Changes Name to JSC ROSSETI

14 August 2014. Moscow, Russia. - JSC Russian Grids (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, today announces the change of the Company's corporate name in English to JSC ROSSETI.

The Company's shareholders approved a new edition of the Company's Articles of Association, including the change of the corporate name in English, at the AGM held on 30 June 2014. The respective new edition of the Company's Articles of Association had been registered by the Moscow Inter-Regional Inspection #46 of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.

Trading of the Company's GDRs on the London Stock Exchange under the new name of JSC ROSSETI will take effect from 15 August 2014.

The Company's TIDM (the ''Ticker'') and the website address will remain unchanged.

The Company will announce any change to its ISIN in due course.
