JOINT VENTURE WITH RUSSAM GMS

Norman Broadbent and Russam GMS form Board Interim Management JV

Garner PLC ("Garner" and or the "Company"), a leading provider of executive search, and leadership consultancy services via its wholly owned subsidiary trading as Norman Broadbent, is pleased to announce a joint venture with Russam GMS forming NB: Board Interim.

NB: Board Interim will draw on the expertise of both companies, Norman Broadbent's experience with PLC and operating board level appointments and Russam GMS's Interim Management skills to create a unique approach in the provision of Interim board executives. The joint venture will initially focus on capitalising on Norman Broadbent's experience through their Executive Search business in the financial services, public sector and healthcare, engineering, manufacturing and construction, technology and telecoms, and media sectors.

Terms of the Agreement

Norman Broadbent and Russam GMS will be equal partners in the joint venture which will operate through the newly formed company NB: Board Interim Limited. Jason Atkinson (Russam GMS) and Sue O'Brien will be joint Managing Directors of the entity and Charles Russam (Russam GMS) along with Andrew Garner and Ben Felton of Norman Broadbent will comprise the board.

NB: Board Interim will commence trading on 1 July 2010.
