Baronsmead VCT plc and Baronsmead VCT 2 plc - Joint Offer Update
Offer for subscription of New Ordinary Shares to raise up to approximately £22,500,000 in aggregate ('the Joint Offer')
As at 19 March 2009, the Joint Offer has received applications in respect of subscriptions totalling £11,286,700, representing over half of the total amount being raised through the Joint Offer.
