AIM Rule 17 Disclosure Schedule Two (g) Update

Harvest is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr Jack James to the role of Joint Company Secretary. Mr James presently acts as an external advisor to the Company, particularly in relation to accounting and secretarial matters, and the formalisation of his appointment is a procedural matter to assist with on going and increasing administrative needs.

Mr James has over 15 years experience in chartered accounting specialising in corporate advisory and reconstruction. Mr James is a partner at Palisade Business Consulting, which provides accounting, secretarial and advisory services to private and public companies, government and other stakeholders. Prior to establishing Palisade, Mr James held senior roles at Ernst & Young and KordaMentha. Mr James has a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology and is a Chartered Accountant.

Separately, Harvest has been notified of the following information by Frank Moxon, Non-Executive Director of the Company:

Frank Moxon was appointed as a non-executive director of Swala Energy Limited, an Australian registered and ASX listed company, on 23 June 2015. Swala Energy Limited entered into voluntary administration and appointed an administrator on 24 June 2016; the administration process remains ongoing.
