Appointment of Joint Corporate Brokers / Notice of Announcement of Interim Results

Following the successful admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 20 October 2016, Biffa plc is pleased to announce the appointment of J.P. Morgan Cazenove and Citigroup Global Markets Limited as Joint Corporate Brokers to the Company with immediate effect.

Biffa plans to announce its Interim Results for the 26 weeks ended 23 September 2016, at 7.00 a.m. GMT on Wednesday 30 November 2016.

Management will host a briefing for investors and analysts at 10.00 a.m. GMT on the day of the results announcement at Rothschild Global Advisory, New Court, St. Swithin's Lane, London, EC4N 8AL.
