JKX appoints Ben Fraser as CFO

JKX Oil & Gas plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Fraser as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from Monday 20th of November.

For the last three years Ben Fraser has been Group CFO and Company Secretary of Equus Petroleum PLC, the Kazakhstan energy and petroleum company. Prior to that he was, for three years, Group CFO & Financial Controller of KazMunaiGas Exploration Production JSC, the national flagship oil and gas exploration and production company in Kazakhstan with a GDR listing on the London Stock Exchange. Before serving for three years as Group Risk Controller of Kazakhmys PLC, he had worked for Deloitte, NM Rothschild and HSBC in a variety of positions.
