LONDON (UK), 12 September 2017 - Jackpotjoy plc (LSE: JPJ) was notified that Colin Sturgeon, non-executive director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £7.63 per Ordinary Share. The transaction was completed on 11 September 2017.
Following the transaction, Mr. Sturgeon holds an aggregate of 5,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.007% of the Company's issued share capital.
