LONDON (UK), 16 June 2017 - Jackpotjoy plc (LSE: JPJ), the largest online bingo-led operator in the world, was notified that Neil Goulden, Chairman of the Company, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £6.15 per Ordinary Share. The transaction was completed on 16 June 2017.
Following the transaction, Mr. Goulden holds an aggregate of 40,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.054% of the Company's issued share capital.
