Jim Pratt acquires 500,000 eServGlobal Limited shares following exercise of options:
eServGlobal Limited (LSE:ESG) announces that on 4 June 2008 Jim Pratt, a non executive director, acquired 500,000 shares as a result of his options being exercised - 250,000 @$A0.15 and 250,000 @$A0.40, and 500,000 shares being allotted/issued, as announced 4 June.
Following the exercise of the options, Jim Pratt's total interest in eServGlobal Limited is 500,000 shares representing 0.3 per cent of the total issued share capital of the company.
