ITV repurchases a further £7.9m of Convertible Bonds

ITV today announces that it has repurchased a further aggregate principle amount of £7.9m of the 4% Convertible Bonds due 2016. The bonds purchased, representing 5.9% of the initial amount, will be cancelled following which the outstanding amount of the bonds will be £84.65m. To date we have now purchased a total of 37.2% of the initial amount.
