ITV repurchases Convertible Bonds

ITV repurchases a further £5.85m of Convertible Bonds

ITV today announces that it has repurchased a further aggregate principle amount of £5.85m of the 4% Convertible Bonds due 2016. The bonds purchased, representing 4.3% of the initial amount, will be cancelled following which the outstanding amount of the bonds will be £65.55m. To date we have now purchased a total of 51.4% of the initial amount.
