ITE GROUP plc Employees' Share Trust - Share Purchase

ITE Group plc ('ITE') announces that following its irrevocable request made on 31 March 2014, Computershare Trustees (Jersey) Limited purchased 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company at £2.085243p per share on 4 April 2014, for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Company's share plans, using the Trust's assets.

The Directors of the Company have an interest in the above shares by virtue of them being members of the class of beneficiaries of the Trust.

Following this purchase, 3,532,438 shares are held in the Trust, representing 1.41% of the Company's issued share capital.
