ETF Securities Limited to sell its European Exchange-Traded Commodity, Currency and Short-and-Leveraged Business to WisdomTree

Gold Bullion Securities Limited ("GBS" or the "Issuer") is wholly owned by ETFS Holdings (Jersey) Limited, a holding company incorporated in Jersey. The shares in ETFS Holdings (Jersey) Limited are owned by ETF Securities Limited ("ETFSL")

ETFSL has today announced that it has agreed to sell its European exchange-traded commodity, currency and short and leveraged business, including the Issuer, to WisdomTree Investments, Inc. ("WisdomTree") (the "Sale"). 

The Sale remains subject to regulatory approval and will result in a change of control of the Issuer and of ETFS Management Company (Jersey) Limited which provides management and other services to the Issuer. Holders of securities issued by the Issuer are not required to take any action in respect of the Sale.

The Issuer will make a further announcement in advance of the completion date of the Sale.
