Issue of warrants
The Board of On-line PLC (AIM: ONL) reports that it has today issued new warrants to third party consultants to subscribe in aggregate for 226,000 new ordinary shares (representing 2.9 per cent. of the current issued share capital) at an exercise price of 40 pence per new ordinary share. 76,500 can be exercised in quarterly parts of 19,125 on 15th February 2018, 15th June 2018, 15th October 2019 and 15th February 2019 and the balance of 150,000 warrants can be exercised at any time after the 31st of May 2018 but before 1 September 2022.
