Sunrise Diamonds PLC01 November 2007 Sunrise Diamonds plc1 November 2007 At a Board meeting of Sunrise Diamonds plc held on 31st October 2007, the Boardresolved to issue 1,300,000 warrants to employees and directors of the Company.The issue included the following Directors: P.Cheetham : 500,000F.Johnstone: 250,000N.Herbert : 250,000 Each warrant is convertible to one new ordinary share at the price of 2 penceper share (the closing mid market price on 31 October 2007) at any time within 5years from 31 October 2008.
