Issue of Warrants and Issue of Equity

InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of life sciences, beauty and personal care products, announces that it has today issued Warrants (the "Warrants") to subscribe for up to 120,000 ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Warrants have been issued to settle previous contractual commitments.

The Warrants are exercisable in the period from 14 December 2017 to 14 December 2018 date, at an exercise price of £1.10 per Ordinary Share.

The Company has today issued 20,000 Ordinary Shares in respect of advisory services provided to the Company by IPO Capital plc.

The Ordinary Shares will be admitted to CREST and application will be made for the admission of the Ordinary Shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and it is expected that dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence on or around 21 December 2017. The Ordinary Shares will rank equally in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.

Following the issue of the Ordinary Shares, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 14,376,633. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
