Issue of unlisted options and notification of PDMR and PCA transactions
Danakali Limited (ASX: DNK / LSE: DNK) (Danakali, or the Company) advises that further to its announcement on 21 August 2020, the Company has completed the issue of 947,041 unlisted options at an exercise price of $0.00 expiring 31 December 2021 to employees of the Company.
Notification of PDMR and PCA transactions
The Company has received notifications from person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) and persons closely associated (PCA) with a PDMR with respect to the 947,041 unlisted options issued.
In addition, the Company has received notification that Mr Seamus Cornelius, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR), has transferred via an off market transfer 600,000 shares held directly in his name to Sima QXX Superannuation Fund, a person closely associated (PCA) with Mr Seamus Cornelius.
The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
