These incentive optionswill be split amongst three key personnel working on the Munali Project inZambia. The options will be subject to vesting conditions that include a minimumperiod of service and the achievement of milestones relating to the Project. The Albidon Board has approved the issue of these options subject to shareholderapproval, and a meeting of shareholders will be convened as soon as practicable. No directors will be participating in the issue of the incentive options.
