("CFCL" or the "Company")
Issue of Shares
Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited (AIM / ASX: CFU) announces that it has issued 500,000 ordinary shares to Hong Kong Three Circle Electronic Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Chaozhou Three-Circle (Group) Co., Ltd pursuant to the investment in the Company which was announced on 11 September 2012. As announced on 20 September 2012, this portion of the investment was subject to shareholder approval, which was given at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 29 October 2012.
Following this issue of shares, the Company now has 1,559,231,320 ordinary shares of nil par value with voting rights in issue. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,559,231,320. The Company does not hold any shares as treasury shares.
Application will be made for the 500,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to occur on or around 7 November 2012.
