Laird Group PLC15 December 2005 15 December 2005 THE LAIRD GROUP PLC ISSUE OF SHARES The Laird Group PLC has issued and allotted 72,417 new Ordinary Shares of 25peach ("New Shares") under the terms of the agreement for the acquisition ofCenturion Wireless Technologies, Inc announced in October 2004. Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the New Shares to beadmitted to the Official List, and to the London Stock Exchange for the NewShares to be admitted to trading. The New Shares will rank pari passu in allrespects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
