Issue of Shares
London and New York, 24 March 2015 - Amphion Innovations plc (LSE: AMP) ("Amphion" or the "Company"), the developer of medical and technology businesses, today announces that, further to the announcements on 5 June 2014 and 9 September 2014, the Company has issued 1,298,646 ordinary shares to YA Global Master SPV, Ltd. at a price of £0.0266 per ordinary share as a share-based interest payment, which is equal to 95% of the average of the 5 daily Volume Weighted Average Prices from 9 March to 19 March. The shares represent 0.85% of the enlarged issued share capital.
Admission of the 1,298,646 new ordinary shares, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, is expected 1 April 2015. Following this allotment the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 152,069,866 ordinary shares with each share holding one voting right.
