Jubilee Platinum PLC22 June 2007 JUBILEE PLATINUM PLC ("Jubilee" or "the Company") ISSUE OF SHARES Application is to be made to the London Stock Exchange and JSE Limited for2,142,857 new ordinary shares of nominal value £0.01 each in the capital of theCompany ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM and on JSELimited. Dealings are expected to commence in the New Ordinary Shares on 28June, 2007. The New Ordinary Shares have been allotted to City Natural Resource High YieldTrust at the conversion price stipulated in the Convertible Loan Note Agreementas announced by the Company on 27 January 2006. The New Ordinary Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existingordinary shares of the Company. Following admission to trading of the New Ordinary Shares, the total number ofordinary shares in issue will be 85,817,408.
