Issue of Shares
StatPro Group plc (AIM:SOG), the AIM listed provider of portfolio analytics and data solutions for the global asset management industry, today announces that pursuant to the issue of shares under the Company's Share Plan, application will be made to issue a total of 62,144 ordinary shares of 1p each. It is expected that dealings will commence on 8 May 2009. These shares will rank pari passu with the Group's existing issued ordinary shares.
Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 59,608,596 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. This figure of 59,608,596 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
