ISSUE OF SHARES

Nyota advises that it has issued 375,000 ordinary shares following the exercise of 375,000 September 30, 2012 options at $0.11 each.

An Appendix 3B for this issue is attached. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 22 November 2010.

The Company will now have 453,310,583 shares on issue.
