Issue of Shares
Kryso Resources plc (AIM: KYS) announces that 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued pursuant to the exercise of 300,000 options at a price of £0.13 per share. Aggregate funds of £39,000 have been received by the Company.
Application has been made for the shares issued to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 21 October 2011. Following admission there will be 267,210,917 ordinary shares in issue.
