SHARES ISSUED UNDER RETAIL OFFER
DIRECTORS' SUBSCRIPTION
Salt Lake Potash Limited (SO4 or the Company) advises that following its announcement on 28 August 2020, it has today issued 54,991,200 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) at an issue price of A$0.50 per Share under the retail entitlement offer announced by the Company on 5 August 2020
The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM at 8:00am on 2 September 2020.
