Aura wishes to inform the market that on 22 March 2019 the Company issued the following ordinary shares:

Ordinary shares held in Treasury Nil

Expected Admission date 29 March 2019

The total number of ordinary shares on issue following the issue and Admission of the above Placement Shares will be 1,130,309,602 ordinary shares. There are no shares held in treasury and, therefore this figure may be used by shareholders, from the appropriate time, as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Dr R Beeson and Mr JC Perkins, both non-executive directors of the Company, participated in the Share Purchase Plan pursuant to approval by the Australian Securities Exchange of a waiver under Listing Rule 10.11. Dr R Beeson subscribed to 312,500 ordinary shares and Mr JC Perkins subscribed to 937,500 ordinary shares under the Share Purchase Plan.
