ISSUE OF SHARES AND CHANGES TO SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDERS
Albidon Limited has issued 4,954, 828 shares at $A0.40. These shares form part of Tranche 1 referred to in the company's announcement on 26 November 2008.
The total number of shares to be issued in Tranche 1 is 19,469,750, with the balance expected to be issued within 5 days.
The issue of 29,469,750 Tranche 2 shares is subject to shareholder approval at a shareholder meeting to be convened in December.
On completion of the Tranche 1 and 2 share placements referred to in the announcement made on 26 November 2008 and subject to shareholder approval for Tranche 2, significant shareholdings in the company will be as follows:
Jinchuan Group Limited - 18.43%
Genesis Asset Manager LLP - 9.64%
Lion Selection Group - 16.08%
Donal Windrim - 3.56%
Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) - 3.91%
