Sirius Exploration plc22 August 2006 The following announcement replaces the announcement "Issue of Shares" releasedon 18 August 2006 at 16.57 with number 8706H. The total of warrants to subscribe for Ordinary Shares was 231,625 not 218,625 as stated and accordingly an additional 231,625 not 218,625 Shares will be issued as stated. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 22 August 2006 SIRIUS EXPLORATION PLC ("Sirius" or the "Company") ISSUE OF SHARES The Company announces that a total of 800,000 new Ordinary Shares of 0.25p (the"Shares") each have been issued to Beaumont Cornish Limited, in respect ofprofessional fees. The Company also announces that a total of 231,625 warrants to subscribe forOrdinary Shares of 0.25p at a price of 5p per Ordinary Share have been exercisedand accordingly an additional 231,625 Shares will be issued.
