Issue of shares

Energy Assets Group plc has today issued 15,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each to satisfy the award of free shares under the Company's all-employee Share Incentive Plan. 

The new ordinary shares represent approximately 0.05% of the Company's existing issued share capital and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. 

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to the Official List (premium listing segment) and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. Admission is expected to occur around 21 July 2015.
