Issue of Shares

Aura wishes to inform the market that on 13 February 2019 the Company will issue the following ordinary shares:

Placement Shares 20,750,000

Ordinary shares held in Treasury Nil

Expected Admission date 20 February 2019

This initial allotment of fully paid ordinary shares is made pursuant to Placement announced by the Company on 5 February 2019 and a further announcement will be made in relation to the remainder of the Placing Shares in due course.

The total number of ordinary shares on issue following the issue and Admission of the above Placement Shares will be 1,111,934,602 ordinary shares. There are no shares held in treasury and, therefore this figure may be used by shareholders, from the appropriate time, as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

No director has participated in the Placement.
