Northern 3 VCT PLC14 January 2005 Northern 3 VCT PLC ("The Company") Issue of Shares The Company announces that on 14 January 2005 the Company allotted 46,908ordinary shares of 5p each to shareholders who agreed to subscribe for sharesunder the terms of the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme. The subscriptionprice was 93.4p per share. There remain 23,131,743 ordinary shares in issue.
