Metals Exploration PLC16 August 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 16 August 2005 METALS EXPLORATION PLC (the "Company") ISSUE OF SHARES The Board of Metals Exploration Plc (the "Board") announces that pursuant to theoption agreement over the Runruno Project, announced on 2 February 2005, theCompany has issued 200,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each, (the "Shares") toFilmerina Resources Corporation and 200,000 Shares to Christian Mining, Inc Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the 400,000 Shares inthe Company to be admitted to trading on AIM.
