Issue of Share Options
Great Western Mining (AIM: GWMO & ESM: 8GW) announces that it has issued a total of 24 million share options to Directors in accordance with the rules of the Company's Share Option Plan 2014 as approved by shareholders on 17 July 2014.
The awards were approved by the Board on 02 October 2018 (the "Award Date").
The exercise price of the new options will be Sterling 0.8 pence per share, representing a premium of 11.1% over the closing price on 02 October 2018. The options are for seven years and will vest 33.3% on the first, second and third anniversary of the grant of award.

Following this announcement GWM has in issue 677,673,809 ordinary shares of €0.0001, 24 million Share Options with an Exercise Price of 0.8p, 25 million Share Options with an Exercise Price of 1.6p, 16 million Share Options with an Exercise Price of 0.5p, 4,687,500 Warrants with an Exercise Price of 2.1p and 1,925,000 Warrants with an Exercise Price of 1.75p.
