Share Options

@UK (AIM: ATUK.L), today announces the award of share options to staff.

The Company has today granted options over 2,800,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to staff at an exercise price of 3.5 pence per Ordinary Share compared to the closing mid-market share price immediately prior to the award of the options of 3.5p (being the closing price on 13 October 2010). The options will be exercisable from the third anniversary of the date of grant and will expire unless exercised on or before 10 years from the date of grant.
