Issue of share options and PDMR dealing
Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 7 October 2020 the Company granted options ("Options") over 460,000 ordinary shares in its share capital to 43 employees of the group under the Company's Performance Share Plan as part of the Company's annual option grant.
Each of these Options will vest after three years from the date of issue and are exercisable at the nominal value of the share of 1 pence per share for a period of seven years from vesting, provided that certain performance conditions have been satisfied. The Options may vest subject to the achievement of Earnings per Share growth targets in each of the three financial years 2010-2022.
Details of Director and other PDMR option awards are included in the disclosure notices below. Save for the below, the Directors' beneficial interests in the share capital of the Company remain unchanged and as previously announced.
