Issue of share options

The Board of Easydate plc (AIM: EZD), the internet-based dating operator, announces that on 22 September 2010 the Remuneration Committee approved the issue of share options to a number of employees and a Director.

The share options are issued as follows:

Quantity of options over

fully paid ordinary shares

Employees 1,560,000

Director: Mark Doughty 250,000

Total 1,810,000

The above share options have been granted at an exercise price of 94p per share. These options will be subject to vesting criteria, such that they vest and become exercisable in three equal tranches over three years. One third of the share options will vest and become exercisable on or after 22 September 2011, one third on or after 22 September 2012 and the final third on or after 22 September 2013.
