Issue of Share Options
Sirius Minerals Plc (AIM: SXX, OTCQX: SRUXY), the globally diversified potash development group, announces that it has granted 10,793,208 options to members of its senior management team, including 1,747,056 options to Mr Andrew Lindsay the Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The options vest on 29 March 2012 and can be exercised at 20 pence per share. They lapse on 29 March 2014.
These options have been granted under an incentive share option scheme.
