Zoopla Property Group Plc (the "Company")

Issue of 23,770 ordinary shares toAndrews Estate Agents Limited

The Company announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a listing of 23,770 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each (the "Shares") in the Company. It is anticipated that admission to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange and to listing on the premium listing segment of the Official List maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority will take place on 26 February 2015. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. 

The Shares were issued and allotted to Andrews Estate Agents Limited on 20 February 2015 for the purposes of satisfying an exercise of member share warrants held by Andrews Estate Agents Limited.
