Herencia Resources PLC30 November 2007 Herencia Resources plc ("Herencia" or the "Company") Issue of Options The Company confirms today that it has issued options over ordinary shares inthe Company to certain employees and directors (the "Options"), as set outbelow. Director Options Issued Total Options HeldJohn Moore 5,000,000 5,000,000John Russell 5,000,000 5,000,000William Adamson 2,000,000 2,000,000James Sinclair 1,500,000 3,900,000Michael Bohm 3,000,000* 5,400,000 Total 16,500,000 20,300,000 *the 3,000,000 options issued to M. Bohm will be held for the benefit of MineralSecurities ("MinSec") pursuant to the agreement entered into between Herenciaand MinSec on for the provision of M. Bohm's services. The Options were issued in recognition of the significant input of employees anddirectors to date and as part of the ongoing plan to incentivise management ofthe Company. The Options issued to John Moore, John Russell and William Adamson can beexercised at any time for a period of three years from 30 November 2007. 50% of the Options issued to James Sinclair and Michael Bohm can be exercised atany time for the period of two years from 30 November 2008. The remaining 50% ofthe Options issued to James Sinclair and Michael Bohm can be exercised at anytime for the period of one year from 30 November 2009. The Options are exercisable at a price of 1.5p per share.
