Holders Technology plc Issue of Options

Holders Technology plc, (AIM: HDT), announces that on 28 May 2010 it granted 12,500 options to Victoria Blaisdell, Corporate Development Director, under the Holders Technology Employee Share Option Scheme No. 1 (EMS).

These options are exercisable between 28 May 2013 and 27 May 2016 at a price of 93.5 pence per share and are subject to certain performance conditions
