Issue of Options to Directors

New Trend Lifestyle Group plc

("NTL" or "The Company")

Grant of Options

The Company announces that it has granted options over 600,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (representing 0.6 per cent. of the issued share capital) to be divided equally among each of Robert Goddard, Ajay Rajpal, James Tan and Master Phang; each of whom is a director of the Company.

The exercise price of the options is 8p per share, which is a 45.5% premium over the market price at the close of business on 30 July 2013 of 5.5p.

In recognition of their service over the last year the options may be exercised at any time after the moment of grant until the 10th anniversary of grant, at which time any unexercised options will be cancelled.
